This place is run by a bunch of scammers. They charged me over and over on a card I gave them that they said they would remove for their system. The lady on the phone claimed they don’t charge but the hold went through for the full amount. Then when they realized they made a mistake the blame everything on there corporate because they can’t be bothered. Mind you the rental was for and accident supposed to be paid by the other parties insurance. It got so bad with continuous 9$ charges after I returned the car I had to report it as fraud.

I reserved a same day rental and they didn't honor my reservation( 504 Illinois Rte 59, Naperville, IL 60563). I am a frequent traveler and expect some hiccups from time to time. But for them not to even try and obtain a car from another location was unacceptable. I then went to Avis with less than an hours notice and was given a vehicle.

Do not waste your money at this location. I have rented from here twice, and both times the service was worse than trash. Rude staff, and deceptive tactics.I would rather eat glass than ever rent from here again.

I was happy with the rental , and I return the car , they told me everything is fine we are going to refund your deposit , they told me the same day the money will appear in my bank account , it’s been already 3 days and I call today and they told me is going to take up to 8 days that’s ridiculous and dishonest .

would give zero stars if i could.ordered a vehicle last week to have delivered to Caliber collision shop where my vehicle was going to be repaired and I would pick up the Enterprise vehicle that was to be dropped at the shop.. Scheduled drop off time was 8:30 am. was told to call the morning of about 8:am, when they open. Started calling at eight to confirm. was on hold for over twenty minutes. Finally start driving my car to the shop to get there on time while still on hold for Enterprise. Arrive at the shop and course no car there and still on hold. Finally hung up. Caliber was very kind to give a ride back home. Great people!Get home and try getting through to Enterprise again and low and behold get through. Ask them to now drop the rental off at my home which is only a couple more miles for them versus the shop. SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANY DROP OFF BUT I COULD COME AND PICK IT UP!Told them to put there car where the sun near shines!?

I booked my reservation through concur for my work and when I went to pick up, they said there's no car and that they cancelled my reservation. I didn't even get a call. this is the worst location, i Never had an issue like this before. book somewhere else there's a location not too far they have national and enterprise next to each other.

Do NOT use this location to rent a car. Use a different Enterprise, there are many others close by.Why? This Enterprise location and it's branch manager, Michael run very shady business practices.They set up the car rental during car repairs at Caliber Collision, and were to bill my insurance, State Farm, BUT ended up billing me for $672.When State Farm notified them that I did not in fact have rental insurance, they never notified me to tell me about the billing change andat the end of a 4 month rental (during car repairs) I got quite a surprise on my credit card!! NO COMMUNICATION at ALL!When I called Michael, and asked for a compromise, he not only said no, he threatened me to turn me over to "collections". How nice of him even though he already received the $672 from my bank card. I will contest the charge.LESSON LEARNED: Steer clear of this place, Michael, and when State Farm and the Body shop say you have rental insurance .... DOUBLE CHECK for yourself!!!Hopefully Enterprise Corporate will address my e-mail to them.
