Beware. They will fine you $25 for tolls despite you having paid the tolls directly to the Illinois Tollway and providing proof of doing so. Despite providing proof, they will not remove the fine and will double charge you the toll. I will not be renting from Enterprise and this location again.

The Van was ready on schedule and just what I wanted. The team members were all very helpful even helping me set up CarPlay before the trip. They answered all my questions. Van had no issues. And after the retune I got a nice call from enterprise closing our the rental. Would definitely use that office in the future.
