Issues include hallways that need vacuuming, stairways smelling of dirty wet dogs, a sketchy elevator, and inconsistent room and trash services. Fire alarms frequently go off due to smoking, which is disturbing. There is no continental breakfast, and laundry rates increased without service improvement. WiFi is only okay. The front desk is not staffed 24/7. A serious concern involved a refusal to provide security video after a guest's injury on ice. While no bed bugs or roaches were seen, some bedding caused discomfort. Overall, guests feel the location could be greater with more support and resources.
Stay here. Tara and Roxanne are very nice and accommodating. I felt very safe. Walls are sound proof to where you really don't hear your neighbors much. It might be just a little bit, but you can get good sleep.

Derek at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant to talk with. Even followed up with a phone call making sure everything was okay in our room. Really appreciated the customer service!
