“Room is great. Location is great. Right off the interstate. Do NOT order room service. Ordered the cheesecake, an apple juice, and a coke. Cheesecake is advertised as classic, with Caramel drizzle and fresh fruit. Was I got was a very thin slice of store bought cheese cake, no caramel drizzle, and one strawberry cut in half. They also forgot my apple juice. Was handed a closed bag so didn’t think to look in the bag before signing the ticket. Paid $30+ not including tip for a can of coke and some shitty cheese cake and one halved strawberry. Even if you have the munchies, save your money or door dash something. Other than that I can’t complain. Enjoyed the live music on Tuesday. They should make that a more regular thing.”

“The wife and I stayed in the deluxe suite. Very spacious and clean. Separate living area and bedroom. I’ve been wanting to stay here for awhile and finally got the chance to do it. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was very quiet during our stay. A coffee shop next to the hotel that was only a 2 minute walk. You have to call if you want ice. No self service machine but that’s ok. The gentleman that brought the ice to our room was very nice. Our view was facing south of 59 and it was a very nice view. Overall, 5 out of 5 I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.”

“Kenny the supervisor at the front desk has gone above and beyond with me helping me out with reservations. There was even a morning where I had to be to work at 9 AM and it was about. It was after 8 o’clock already and I needed to be on my way to work, but he helped me so fast reserving my room because I needed to be out the door asap. This is probably the best red roof I’ve ever stayed at would highly recommend staff is amazing.”

“Staff was amazing. I spent 5 nights there and had no issues. Room was clean upon arrival, breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel, and the lady that cooked the breakfast (for the life of me can't remember her name) had a great sense of humor and she is very passionate about her job. She honestly made the stay better.”

“I had an issue with my room getting there (I was checking in early and the room wasnt ready so i had to switch, just a miscommunication, nobody's fault) they were very prompt and helpful. The pool was nice and clean, the athletic area was well kept, the room itself was very clean. You can tell they take pride in their overall quality.”

“I had a mostly pleasant stay, although something happened during the night that I am having considerable difficulty explaining. At approximately 2:17 a.m., I woke up because I heard what sounded like someone quietly whispering the word “checkout” from the bathroom. I assumed another guest was talking in the hallway, but when I got up, the bathroom light was on even though I was fairly certain I had turned it off. I went back to bed. About ten minutes later, the desk chair was facing the bed. I distinctly remembered leaving it pushed underneath the desk. At this point I decided I was tired, probably imagining things, and absolutely was not going to investigate further because I have seen enough horror movies to understand that investigating unexplained hotel noises is how people make very poor decisions. The final incident occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. when the television turned on by itself and displayed the hotel information channel. Nothing else happened afterward. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the employees I interacted with were friendly. So, paranormal activity notwithstanding, the actual hotel experience was perfectly acceptable.”

“Stay here. Tara and Roxanne are very nice and accommodating. I felt very safe. Walls are sound proof to where you really don't hear your neighbors much. It might be just a little bit, but you can get good sleep.”

“Its a great motel! The staff is very nice!The room Itself at good amenities! Tv, fridge and microwave. The room was really clean and absolutely no bed bugs. My husband and I stayed here a couple of times and the room was spotless each time! The housekeeping staff are very hard working and nice too! Its a good area too with a portillos, walgreens and dunkin in a 2 min walk! The downtown Naperville was a 10 minute drive! Naperville is a safe area too which is a bonus. Its good pricing too.”
