The service department uses the latest technology and genuine Subaru parts to keep vehicles running at their best. One reviewer was impressed with the quick turnaround when their car needed emergency repairs, even though it meant waiting two weeks for a regular appointment. Several customers had positive experiences with the sales team as well. Gabriel Goda listened closely to their needs and helped them find the perfect new or pre-owned Subaru at a fair price. Another customer, Julian DuPont, provided an outstanding leasing experience with clear communication and no "funny business." Overall, Gerald Subaru of Naperville earns high marks for its commitment to customer satisfaction, whether you're browsing the lot, signing paperwork, or bringing your vehicle in for maintenance. Reviewers consistently recommend the dealership and its dedicated staff.

We recently just leased a new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek with Julian DuPont. One of the best experiences My wife and I had at a car dealership. Julian was super upfront and accommodating on everything we asked for. There was no funny business and clear communication. Highly recommended doing business with Julian.
