    Naperville - Just walked into this credit union to get change for a $20 bill using the CO-OP shared branching. The teller told me they didn't give change through shared branching.     Will be looking for a new bank/credit union. Customer time is not respected.

    If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would rate this Credit Union. I’m not sure what is worse, the lack of systems and processes or the lack of knowledge every employee has about the systems and processes.
