My wife Linda and I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Relax The Back in Naperville, and I wanted to recognize both Tom and Evan for the exceptional service we received.

We originally came in because I had decided to purchase an Anthros chair as a gift for Linda. I had already done my research and knew that Anthros was the chair I wanted, but we needed Linda to actually sit in one, experience it, and make sure it was properly fitted to her.

From our initial visit through the day we picked up the chair, the service was phenomenal. Tom and Evan were both extremely knowledgeable—not just about the Anthros chair itself, but about the science behind proper seating, back support, body mechanics, posture, monitor positioning, and how all of these things work together. Because the Anthros is so highly adjustable, properly fitting the chair to the individual is important, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why.

We were originally told to expect about three weeks for the chair to arrive. About two weeks later, on a Friday morning, I called just to see if there was an updated estimate. I was told that a shipment had literally arrived about ten minutes earlier. He put me on hold to check it and came back a few moments later with the great news: Linda's chair was there!

We asked if we could pick it up that afternoon, and despite how busy they were, they made it happen. When we arrived later that day, the chair still needed to be assembled. As promised, they put it together, carefully adjusted it to Linda's body, made sure everything was right, and then loaded it into my car for us.

And there was an unexpected bonus: while we were waiting, Linda and I were able to try out their incredible full-body massage chairs. I ended up getting about a 20-minute full-body massage while waiting for our chair—not a bad way to spend the time!
