Tammy the manager at the naperville location is super awesome. She took her time to patiently help me find the jeans best suited for me.
This shop is really busy and yet Tammy had a broad smile and welcoming attitude.

My first visit to Old Navy at 2519 W 75th St Space No. 2519, Naperville, IL 60540, was a pleasant experience. I walked in expecting a typical shopping trip but left impressed by the service and deals.
➡️ What I Bought:
I picked up 2 Slim Rotation Chino Pants coats, which came to about $54 plus taxes. I noticed the in-store price differed from online, but the staff stepped up to price match, which was a nice touch.
➡️ Quality & Value:
The chinos looked and felt solid—good quality for the price. At around $54 plus taxes for two, it felt like a fair deal, especially with the price match saving me some hassle. The store also had great offers, adding to the value.
➡️ Service & Environment:
The cashier was fantastic, friendly, and quick to adjust the price to match the online rate, making the process smooth. The store was clean, hygienic, and had a welcoming atmosphere, which made browsing enjoyable.
➡️ Final Thoughts:
Old Navy in Naperville turned my first visit into a positive one with excellent service, a clean environment, and solid deals. The price match on the chinos was a highlight, and I’ll definitely be back to check out more offers!

First time in a long time going into any old navy location. My visit today reminded me why I don’t go anymore… In addition to the overwhelming volume of mediocre and repetitive styles, I was unpleasantly surprised that they’re still having cashiers pushing the store credit card which has a ridiculous 33.9% APR

Rude counter help-no wonder stores are closing! Brunette was so rude-maybe she was manager-chimed in to answer question the girl waiting on me was answering.
She interrupted and was extremely rude when answering/flip in her manner of speaking. So obnoxious!

I went into this location last minute to find outfits for a trip I was leaving for the next day. I had minimum time to shop because I had to be to work within an hour. Matt (I believe that’s his name) stopped me and let me know that he’s available if I needed help. After walking in circles I finally asked for his assistance. Within 15 minutes we had several outfits paired together that matched shoes I already owned. Typically when I shop without trying on, majority of my purchase is returned. Everything fit and looked good together. Thank you so much Matt, you’re a life saver!!!

I enjoy going to this location but I just wish the jeans didn’t cost an arm and a leg ? luckily I only go once a year! It’s always clean and the workers are always helpful
