Once Upon A Child is an amazing store for parents looking to buy or sell gently used children’s items. The selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of kids’ clothing, toys, shoes, and baby gear, all in excellent condition and at a fraction of the cost of buying new. It is a great, budget-friendly place to shop with a full store full of everything. The store is extremely clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. The customer service is amazing, with staff that is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way possible, making the buying and selling process smooth and pleasant. While most find the prices for buying to be affordable and the selling offers to be reasonable, one reviewer expressed disappointment with the unfair prices offered for selling clothes. Overall, it is a perfect spot to find quality items without breaking the bank and is highly recommended for parents and caregivers.
Store looks like it's closing. Multiple empty sections. Unprofessional signs all over the door about the donations not being accepted in bags and required bin sizes. They have a lot of nice things. A full store full of everything. They only thing I was disappointed in was the unfair prices they give you for your cloths. I had all brand new still on the hangers with tags on the outfits, ($32 and more for name brand clothing sets,) the offer was less than 0.75 per item.
