They offer amazing and genuine customer service, going above and beyond to help without making customers feel rushed, even after hours. The staff is knowledgeable, knows what sizes are available, and provides excellent assistance with picking dresses. They treat customers like they genuinely care, not like a dollar sign. The quality of the dresses is great and the prices are very reasonable. They also have a recommended seamstress who does excellent, affordable, and quick alteration work, such as hemming. This business is highly recommended for prom dress shopping, making special occasions the best.

My daughter found the perfect prom dress. Both ladies were fantastic to work with but Nora has help my daughter find the perfect dress for the last few years. If you want a good dress for a great price and friendly dress melt staff; I highly recommend.

Both ladies working were very nice and helped our girls with getting different sizes and fastening ties on some dresses. We found a gorgeous prom dress for a reasonable price! We went to 4 other store before this one and were very happy we made the 45min trip!

Great selection of formal dresses and the staff was attentive to what my daughter was looking for. Their recommended seamstress, Mary, did excellent work in hemming the dress that included a slip and train. The hemming ended up being affordable and it was completed quickly.
