Had so much fun!! Highly recommend Will and the 2 ladies that were supporting and helping orchestrate the Thai cooking class. Our food tasted great and we enjoyed the company of the other attendees.

Chef Will and his 2 assistants were very helpful and informative.
The food was good; however not near enough for 4 people. The use of flank steak was not the right one as it was chewy and tough.
Lack of beverage choices was terrible. Who drinks coffee or tea at 8pm? Oh we did have water
Standing for 2 1/2 hours and then standing to eat? Whomever decided to get rid of chairs has obviously never had to stand that long and then eat standing.
I would NEVER recommend this event to anyone.

The class itself was enjoyable; however, the quality of the ingredients—the bread, broth, butter, olive oil, flour, and chicken was low quality and generic and did not reflect the price point of the experience.

Will and his assistance, Kate and Katie? (Sorry Katie I hope I got that right) Were amazing! We had Ramen with a pork and chicken stock base. Will was excellent walking us through the steps on how to make our own noodles and how to make our own pickled mushrooms and eggs. I would definitely go again!
