The gentleman talking me through the process was extremely helpful, at Mister Kwiks.
I forgot to bring one of their red Dolley’s back and he allowed me to go and grab it (after the deadline) without a charge. Very cool U-Haul folks.

Truck was in great condition, and check out was quick and easy. The man at the counter was very nice as well. There was half a tank of gas, too, so I didn't have to stop before I did my pickup. Zero complaints.
