Terrible customer service unless you’re there to buy something. I had to upgrade my phone and the phone I received does not work well. Went into the store within 30 days and was told I could leave the phone and they can ship out a new one or call customer service. On the phone 2 hours with customer service. I won’t buy anything from this location ever again and looking into alternative phone carriers overall since Verizon has no desire in quality of customer service.

I decided to switch to Verizon after being with another company for 17 years due to poor customer service, each customer service person telling you something different each time. My biggest concern regarding switching was keeping my number the same. I walked into this store and was helped by Jesus and Adam. It took me less than 30 minutes to switch to this company! They were respectful and helpful explaining everything to me. What they said what would happen, happened the 1st time! I'm not the greatest with technology but Adam made sure everything worked prior to leaving the store! Thank you both for making this transition easy for me because I was stressed out and dealing with a lot of anxiety about keeping my phone number!

Just visited the Naperville store to trade in an iPhone and met a really rude sales guy, Adam. He seemed upset to see me from the start, kept yawning, had a very bad attitude and kept acting like he was doing me a favor! Never felt worse visiting a Verizon store. Additionally, if you look at the comments it seems a lot of the non white folks are having a similar experience at this store. I believe the owner or the people running the store are racist. This store is absolutely not recommended.

This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help me out. The customer service here is the best around. Everyone from management to business to sales representatives: 10/10.

Went to this store today and ended up meeting this guy named Andy at the front . He seemed really annoyed from the beginning and was not being helpful at all. So asked him give us few mins so we could think about what we were going to do next. Then he just on his lunch break without finishing helping us.If you didn’t liked helping us from the start you could have asked us to find someone else. U just wasted our time.
He just ruined our day with how he treated us

I’ve visited this store hoping they can help me activate my replacement phone. 1 I was not greeted when I arrived, 2 I made it in around 5:55pm and had to speak with customer service to bypass a few things that the store couldn’t , which Andy helped me with. But he was very rude and nonchalant. He didn’t want to help me from the start. The store closed at 7pm and he rushed me out and from my customer service background. I know this is not how things work. You are not to leave until customer is satisfied, I was very unsatisfied knowing I have been without service for 48 hours and received no help from the store employee. While speaking with a rep over the phone they even told Andy I am not to leave until my problem is resolved he continued to say I need to come back in the morning during business hours. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had

Went to this store today and ended up meeting this guy at the front and asking how he can help us with weird look on his face. He seemed really annoyed and didn’t really like answering to our questions.
If you dont like the job then stay home or stay all the way back in the store.
Never going back to this store again.

Mike Green was amazing. I was without a working phone for 2.5 days. Did door by phone with Verizon with 3 people over that time. No luck, and was very frustrated. Made an appt and went to this store. Mike was amazing, has more knowledge than the phone people. He worked his magic and my phone is up and running perfectly.

I went to 3 Verizon stores today trying to find the new iPhone. Horrible experiences at the first two places. Super rude employees you can tell just didn’t wanna be at work today. 3rd store I walked in and Angelica was AMAZING. So so kind and patient with all of my dumb questions. I really appreciated her help. THANK YOU!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Verizon store today. This isn't the first time, either. Months ago, a representative here added unauthorized add-ons to my account that I never approved. I chalked it up to a one-time issue, but today confirmed that poor service is the norm at this location.
I walked in, and the person who checked me in told me it would be at least a 15-minute wait. No big deal—I said I would quickly run across the street and be right back. But instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the employee rudely insisted on removing me from the queue, saying I needed to be in the store when my name was called. His snarky attitude was completely unprofessional and dismissive, like he couldn’t care less about my business. Guess what? He got his wish because I walked out and went to another store where they actually value their customers.
The complete disregard for my time and the rude behavior of the staff at this location is unacceptable. Verizon, get your act together at this store, because you’re losing customers left and right. Absolutely terrible service—take your business elsewhere!

Bunch of idiots they don’t even know their own company. My account was closed just two months ago and they can’t even find a single record of my account. They can’t even tell me if I was billed for the device or not and they try to tell me this is how every single company works terribleservice
