From my initial confessional with Beth informing her of my run-in with a parked car in my own driveway (I swear that guy came outta nowhere haha) to the pain free estimate process. To the way they accommodated me by driving me home. To the way that they only did what was absolutely necessary and least invasive to get my baby back to showroom shine. Hell, it looked better when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.
I am 100% satisfied with their work. Although I hope I never need their services again, there will be no question in my mind that we will bring our cars to Probst. Anyone can fix a car. But it takes a professional to fix it right!”

“I highly recommend Justin and his team at Shadow Motorsports for all of your UTV/ATV work. He can do everything from installing some lights to rebuilding your entire motor. He installed numerous parts on my Pro XP and everything was 100% solid after a day on the toughest, rockiest trails at Badlands. Great turnaround and extremely reasonable rates!”
“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”

“I was recommended here from my mechanic who told me I needed body work/welder because my driver side door wasn’t closing all the way. Brett from the office and Jeff from the shop took a look, and realized that two bolts just needed to be tightened- no body work/welding needed.
They did provide me with an estimate for if the door starts having issues again, which I will gladly return to them to get fix.
I highly recommend this team- honest, kind, easy to talk to & knowledgable.”
“I went there today and everyone was so kind! I had my 3 kids in the car so my bf called ahead of time and someone came out and met me at my car to check my battery. That’s not all, they replaced my battery even though it was a struggle and it was freezing outside. “Been doing business with Jeff and Enginemasters since 2015. Never had an issue and customer service is exceptional. Jeff is honest and passionate about his work and every machine/engine that leaves his business. Even large generators on trailers. He’s meticulous and runs a clean shop. Often Jeff works on uncommon engines too.. Onan, Wisconsin, Yanmar, etc. If you need an NLA part or want to sell NOS parts, I think they dabble in that. Not too certain anymore. Lots of major companies trust Jeff like AT&T, etc. people who can’t afford downtime. They don’t fix lawn equipment. Get the job done right the first time and call or email these guys. If they’re good enough for the largest utility companies throughout the Chicagoland area, they can take care of you. Due to demand they’re often busy so it’s nothing personal. Good service is worth waiting for if backlogged. This is a serious, professional, and largely reputable company with a heart and personality. Don’t waste their time. Easy 5-Star business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
