“Eric was so kind to me and my son after we stopped there for a quote on my son’s 1999 Toyota that had front end damage. We weren’t existing customers, and had tried a few other shops in the area (1 told us it was totaled and estimated over $10,000 in repairs, the other said it was fixable but he couldn’t get us in for months and would charge $1,000). Called Eric after reading reviews and decided it was worth a try. He took a look at the car and said…I can probably fix it right now if you want. He spent at least 20 mins pulling some dents out and adjusting the front end so that the hood would latch properly. He did this right in the parking lot, chatting with us and allowing us to watch while he worked. WHO DOES THAT??? He charged us next to nothing for his time. After thanking him repeatedly for helping us, he responded that he has a family owned business and believes in taking care of his neighbors. We left there speechless. “It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”
