“The reason I came to this shop for my car repair was because of all the great reviews. I’m so glad I did! It’s rare to find an honest shop and I feel like I have. Thank you Grant for fixing my traverse and making her drive again! He even sent a video of the damage which I’ve never gotten before from an auto shop. The price was fair and less than I expected. I will recommend this place to my family and even strangers.”

“Can’t say how grateful I am for Brandon and his team here at Geared Up Motorsports. My C6 Corvette was down for 3 months bricked at dealership waiting for answers. Not only did Brandon and his team get my car up and running, but RETURNED it back to me IN ONE DAY. Highly recommend for ANY & ALL performance car needs!!”

“Just for the record I take these reviews very seriously and if a business doesn't live up to expectations then I want to make sure others know so they can be aware for their own purposes. And vice-versa if a business goes above and beyond i feel they should be recognized and I will try to tell as many people as I know to frequent that particular business. Date of service August 19, 2026. I decided to take my car for the first time to New Lenox auto repair because I was referred to them by someone and some individuals on the New Lenox Fb page seem to think they run an honest, fair priced business that won't jack you around so I decided to give them a shot. I was greeted by Sean who was very down to earth and seemed like a genuinely good guy. I mentioned to him I just brought my vehicle somewhere else and they told me I needed a specific thing done. After inspection of my vehicle Sean told me that wasn't the case and that particular repair wasn't necessary but something else was. I took Sean's word for it and had the repair done. Sean was very patient with all of my questions and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle in a prompt fashion. All in all, I will give both Sean and New Lenox Auto Repair a solid grade as in looking for a good mechanic you look for many things such as reasonably priced, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honesty. Sean and NLAR did a fine job and gave me no reason not to trust them so I would recommend this place for future visits and will give updates on future visits. You MUST be able to find a mechanic who is HONEST and hopefully that will be the case moving forward with New Lenox Auto Repair. Thanks Sean.”

“My car had been at another repair facility for just under 30 days with nothing being resolved. The communication with Elite Transmission was great on the status of my car and the problem was resolved within about 6 days and for thousands less then I was quoted at the first repair shop. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need. Thank you!!”

“Mike has been servicing cars for many of my extended family for years. My uncle referred him to my dad a while ago and then my dad referred him to me. Hard to find a truly honest guy in the auto repair business, but Mike is the real deal. My car was generating multiple error codes. He cleared them to isolate the issue and fixed the lesser of the 20 or so generated in case one of the other codes would be corrected by a minor repair. The other code ended up being the other major issue but it was resolved quickly and much less expensive than I would have found anywhere else. All in total, less than $500 for all repairs. Highly recommended! BTW, If he can't do it, he refers to other mechanics who are also amazing.”

“Tim is very knowledgeable, honest, and pricing is very fair. We had quite a bit of work done; replaced both front sway bar links, complete right front axle assembly, replaced lower intermediate shaft assembly, replaced worn a/c and main drive serpentine belts, replaced leaking in and out trans oil cooler hose assembly. All of this + a couple incidental items was completed in less than 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”

“Let me tell u guys on today we had a rough experience with one tire on the vehicle we dealt with this tire for about 3 1/2 hrs we googled places that was close to where we was called different tow truck companies that had on their website that they change tires and found out that wasn't true at alll. Then we googled more placed and ran across J & B TIRE SHOP they closed at 5 we called them at 4:53 and the man said if you get here in u min we can help if not I will be able to help u. When I tell u The good Lord was on our side it was like he placed a gas station on every corner for us to put air in the tire just for us to get to the next station and so on until we reached our destination which was J and B tire service and when I tell u DANIEL and I'm soooo sorry I don't know what the other man name was but them 2 got together and did team work while 1 was doing one thing the other one was doing another and they told us what the problem was and why the other people that tried to help couldn't do it but they changed the tire in about 6 min of that long and got us back rolling THEY WAS VERY FREIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND I TOLD THEM I WAS DEFINITELY GONNA DO A GOOGLE REVIEW. IF U NEED HELP CALL THEM AND SEE IF THEY SUPPLY THE SERVICE U NEED AND IF THEY DO IM SURE U WILL NOT REGRET IT.....THANKS AGAIN GUYS”
