“I had a last minute emergency. My tire got flat on my way to my sister's wedding celebration at Fogo De Chao in Orland Park. Thankfully we made it into the parking lot before it totally busted. My brother was with me and tried putting air in the tire with my air pump and it wasn't inflating. So he said he would switch it out and put my spare in. I decided to call Mavis in Orland Park since I had a warranty on the tires, but little did I know they were permanently closed. So I had the operator transfer me to the one in New Lenox since that was closer. I had called to see if I was able to come in for them to look at the flat and to see if it can be fixed or needs to be replaced. They had said that's not a problem. You can come in right now and that was an hour before closing. Once my brother finished putting the spare in he locked everything up in the car. I drove over there but before I could go any further I decided to call again just to make sure they wouldn't close early on me like some other shops do. It was 5:20 and they close at 6. They said you still can come in. We are not one of those shops that turn people away because it's close to closing time. That gave me a sigh of relief and a peace of mind. Once I got there I was taken care of right away. He went to look at the tire in my trunk and said that the tread was completely worn out due to low air pressure so I would need the tire replaced. So we went over my warranty and he told me how the breakdown was and what would be covered. Once that was done they pulled my car in and also checked the other tires and he said those three were good to go as well. It took less than 30 minutes for them to complete the service. I was able to make it back in time before dinner was completely over. They have great teamwork and great customer service and professionalism. I am a resident of Chicago and will always go to this location to get any type of car services done. I recommend you to try this place out if you are looking for an honest, reliable, and caring tire shop. They don't sell you anything and will make sure you leave worry and stress free.”

“Tim is very knowledgeable, honest, and pricing is very fair. We had quite a bit of work done; replaced both front sway bar links, complete right front axle assembly, replaced lower intermediate shaft assembly, replaced worn a/c and main drive serpentine belts, replaced leaking in and out trans oil cooler hose assembly. All of this + a couple incidental items was completed in less than 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“Mike has been servicing cars for many of my extended family for years. My uncle referred him to my dad a while ago and then my dad referred him to me. Hard to find a truly honest guy in the auto repair business, but Mike is the real deal. My car was generating multiple error codes. He cleared them to isolate the issue and fixed the lesser of the 20 or so generated in case one of the other codes would be corrected by a minor repair. The other code ended up being the other major issue but it was resolved quickly and much less expensive than I would have found anywhere else. All in total, less than $500 for all repairs. Highly recommended! BTW, If he can't do it, he refers to other mechanics who are also amazing.”

“Let me tell u guys on today we had a rough experience with one tire on the vehicle we dealt with this tire for about 3 1/2 hrs we googled places that was close to where we was called different tow truck companies that had on their website that they change tires and found out that wasn't true at alll. Then we googled more placed and ran across J & B TIRE SHOP they closed at 5 we called them at 4:53 and the man said if you get here in u min we can help if not I will be able to help u. When I tell u The good Lord was on our side it was like he placed a gas station on every corner for us to put air in the tire just for us to get to the next station and so on until we reached our destination which was J and B tire service and when I tell u DANIEL and I'm soooo sorry I don't know what the other man name was but them 2 got together and did team work while 1 was doing one thing the other one was doing another and they told us what the problem was and why the other people that tried to help couldn't do it but they changed the tire in about 6 min of that long and got us back rolling THEY WAS VERY FREIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND I TOLD THEM I WAS DEFINITELY GONNA DO A GOOGLE REVIEW. IF U NEED HELP CALL THEM AND SEE IF THEY SUPPLY THE SERVICE U NEED AND IF THEY DO IM SURE U WILL NOT REGRET IT.....THANKS AGAIN GUYS”
“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”

“Been doing business with Jeff and Enginemasters since 2015. Never had an issue and customer service is exceptional. Jeff is honest and passionate about his work and every machine/engine that leaves his business. Even large generators on trailers. He’s meticulous and runs a clean shop. Often Jeff works on uncommon engines too.. Onan, Wisconsin, Yanmar, etc. If you need an NLA part or want to sell NOS parts, I think they dabble in that. Not too certain anymore. Lots of major companies trust Jeff like AT&T, etc. people who can’t afford downtime. They don’t fix lawn equipment. Get the job done right the first time and call or email these guys. If they’re good enough for the largest utility companies throughout the Chicagoland area, they can take care of you. Due to demand they’re often busy so it’s nothing personal. Good service is worth waiting for if backlogged. This is a serious, professional, and largely reputable company with a heart and personality. Don’t waste their time. Easy 5-Star business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
