From my initial confessional with Beth informing her of my run-in with a parked car in my own driveway (I swear that guy came outta nowhere haha) to the pain free estimate process. To the way they accommodated me by driving me home. To the way that they only did what was absolutely necessary and least invasive to get my baby back to showroom shine. Hell, it looked better when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.
I am 100% satisfied with their work. Although I hope I never need their services again, there will be no question in my mind that we will bring our cars to Probst. Anyone can fix a car. But it takes a professional to fix it right!”
“Great shop. I was traveling through town when my trans went out. I took it to tonys they rebuild it and go me in the road unfortunately I had another issue but tonymade arraignment for the town truck(112 miles away) to pick it up. He covered the cost put a new trans in and never asked for another dime. I would recommend Tony to anyone”
“Found them based on recommendation, so gave them a shot. Charles was very friendly and informative. Dropped car off at end of day, they looked at next morning and i got a call regarding initial inspection. By noon and i had a second call with the results of more thorough inspection and the full quote and timeline. Picked up my truck this morning , but will be back in 2 weeks for my quick inspection they want to verify no leaks. Recommend them highly.”
“Tim is very knowledgeable, honest, and pricing is very fair. We had quite a bit of work done; replaced both front sway bar links, complete right front axle assembly, replaced lower intermediate shaft assembly, replaced worn a/c and main drive serpentine belts, replaced leaking in and out trans oil cooler hose assembly. All of this + a couple incidental items was completed in less than 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“Mike has been servicing cars for many of my extended family for years. My uncle referred him to my dad a while ago and then my dad referred him to me. Hard to find a truly honest guy in the auto repair business, but Mike is the real deal. My car was generating multiple error codes. He cleared them to isolate the issue and fixed the lesser of the 20 or so generated in case one of the other codes would be corrected by a minor repair. The other code ended up being the other major issue but it was resolved quickly and much less expensive than I would have found anywhere else. All in total, less than $500 for all repairs. Highly recommended! BTW, If he can't do it, he refers to other mechanics who are also amazing.”

“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”

“We’ve been taking our cars to Marty’s ever since we moved to Frankfort in 2013. The most important thing I need when dealing with a repair shop is knowing that I’m not getting overcharged. I called Marty about replacing an engine in one of our vehicles and although the service was going to be around $8000 he told me I was crazy if I didn’t Get that car to the dealer because he felt that it should be replaced under the warranty. Thank goodness, I listened to him because I got a new motor under the manufacturer warranty. Thanks Marty!!”
“I was recommended here from my mechanic who told me I needed body work/welder because my driver side door wasn’t closing all the way. Brett from the office and Jeff from the shop took a look, and realized that two bolts just needed to be tightened- no body work/welding needed.
They did provide me with an estimate for if the door starts having issues again, which I will gladly return to them to get fix.
I highly recommend this team- honest, kind, easy to talk to & knowledgable.”

“Excellent small business, better owner. I bought my son a bike for his birthday and needed a shop to assemble for warranty purposes. Adam knew exactly what I was talking about. We brought the bike in and he showed my son (who is fascinated by e-bikes) all the new models and talked about his bike as well. We picked it up the next day and a great price and he walked my son through the little nuances of his new bike. I can not recommend this shop enough, I just wish there were more businesses like his.”
