Got our Jeep repaired there. Tech left a pair Channel Locks wedged down in the engine bay.

Always give this place high marks. However, this time they didn't add important part, waiting for Monday to hear explanation. Benefit of doubt cuz they've always done right by us, really like them. We'll see....... Remember, NEVER EVER use Loya insurance, horrible........
