Stopped at Pep boys to get a turn signal bulb replaced. They told me it would be several hours. Went to Auto Zone a couple of doors down, purchased the bulb and asked if they could help me change it. The young women at the register Said "sure!" She came out and had the bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes. I will continue to patronize auto zone. Pep Boys, not so much

Was told someone would look at my 2016 Honda Accord if I came back in a few minutes to decide whether they would consider helping install headlight bulb I purchased from them. Came back in a few minutes. Told to come back in an hour when the new shift arrives.

Zach and Tim, really helped us out. we were trying to fix a water pump for a chevy and they stayed later and got us what we needed. Much respect to both of them.

There was all kinds of stock to put away on the floor. Very young inxperienced staff. I ended up leaving because I could not find what I needed and long lines to get some kind of help.

I have been going to this store for the last 5 years and never have been disrespected as much as I was today I don’t think I will ever come to the new Lenox location again you lost a life time costume to this locationI went in to return a part and get the correct on because it was and he trying to arrange with me it’s right when it clearly wasn’t maybe he should go be a tech then if you know so much

Stupid car heater blower went out and can't get it in for a few days. Called and talked to Cheyenne about portable car heater. When I got there 20 minutes later she had it up front ready and waiting. Very nice.

I made a return of four items. There was an issue and the employee cancelled that transaction and started over. He didn't scan one of the items, but took all of the products. I contacted autozone's customer service and they took all the info and said the stores management would be in touch with me. I haven't heard anything from them. Go somewhere that has much better customer service
