He needs to learn his job. Melanie and Sam were very helpful and friendly. This was the first time I had a bad experience, and something that needed to be perfect.After we were home, Melanie called and told me that every thing went through and our closing will be a go tomorrow (not thanks to Frank!)”

“What a positive experience I had with correcting a mistake I made when paying my CU VISA bill last month. I put another credit card company's check in the envelope that went to my C&T VISA address, but with Nancy's wonderful help, staying on top of the refund situation, I was able to get back on track and have the correct payment go to the correct credit card.
