“The Ross had some nice Jewelry ?? and the staff who rung us out was super friendly, helpful, and despite the long line at the cashier lane…she managed to get the jewelry and ring us out at an efficient manner. It seemed like she was the only employee in the store. I hope ? Ross appreciates her as the employee of the month.

We didn’t find that much of a selection in their clothes or candles ?️ section. I don’t know if it was just the wrong day of the week, they just didn’t have that much to go through.

Thank you for your hard working staff ❤️”

“Kathleen is welcoming - her shop is adorable and the items she carries made by local artists including herself are so unique - any one of them would be a lovely addition to your home . I brought home a surprise gift for hubby today from her shop? can't wait to give it to him!”

“Loads of items to shop from. If you're interested in stopping by, they're only open to the public until the end of the month (April). Because of the pandemic, their rules have changed. First, you go onto the website. Second, pick a time and date from their list. Third check your email, for a response, to let you know if your choice is available. They have ribbon, material, tablecloths, pillows, pottery, vases, Christmas decor, fall decor, home decor, faux flowers, etc.. The list goes on. They only have this sale twice a year, April and October.”

“Magnolia is a nice shop with a well curated and organized selection. The right balance of a lot to see, without having it crowded in. The proprietor Clare was very nice and I felt I got a great deal on the piece I wanted.”

“I was so confused about what kind of bed ,Ishould I buy. Should I get a hybrid with a box spring or moveable frame. After talking for days with Meagan at Sleep Number Bed in OrlandPark I felt trust and I liked her. I felt more relaxed and knowledgeable about all the different types of beds. I picked up the phone and called Meagan and bought my new bed I feel confident and can’t wait until Dec 20th when the bed will be delivered and assembled. Thanks Meagan for helping me,
Love, Diane”

“Fun store to visit. I went to 2 locations. One was in Bridgeview on 88th Harlem, and 2nd one was in Orland Square. Both locations are free standing. They are open every day except Sunday and certain holidays. They offer a variety of home decor, craft materials and seasonal items. I recommend people visit to take a peek. Both have handicap parking. The orland store has a few floors. They have elevators and an escalator if needed.”

“Shopped this past Sunday, July 2nd. Been in this shop many times but this past Sunday was disappointed by the lack of customer service from the employee working this morning. Something I find more and more today is the lack of friendliness and manners. Didn’t greet us when we entered the store. Didn’t thank me for my purchase. Maybe I expect too much in today’s world but I do expect a thank you when shopping and purchasing. Let’s teach employees some common sense and manners.”

“I was on a mission to find a recliner to take home the same day and I walked into the store and was greeted by Daniel F. who was very nice. I told him I was looking for a recliner to take home and he showed me one that was marked down on clearance and it just so happened to work perfectly for my needs even though I wasn't looking for a power recliner but it was just to nice to pass up on. I purchased it with a 5 year warranty because of it being powered and got it loaded up with Daniel's help and it was appreciated. I would suggest having more furniture that can be purchased and taken at that moment. Consider a clearance room of furniture that can be purchased and taken now. Thank you”

“This is a great store with lots of fun things to decorate your house. But, honestly, the best part of my experience was the customer service I received at check-out by Kathy. She was warm, friendly, helpful and made me feel like she genuinely cared. Employees like this are extremely hard to come by these days. Kathy is a bright light and a real asset to Kirkland's.”

“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”

“I bought two pendant fixtures several years ago. I stopped in today because I broke the glass “shade” on one today. Horton’s not only still carried the same product, but offered me a complimentary replacement. Their customer service is fantastic.”

“The book selection is amazing! I was afraid there’d be a bunch of old and tired books no one wants, but not at all! There are so many newer releases in every genre. The prices and variety are excellent. I am definitely coming back for more!”

I like how they have gardening items I need and can use it the same day. Everybody is friendly and can help me find the item I need. It is a great place to shop.”

“What an amazing, cute shop. The owners do a great job of staging the items to give an idea of how to decorate your house. The owners are very friendly and it's such a welcoming store. I've gone in and been helped to find the perfect piece for a place in my home. Cute products, definitely worth a visit!!”

“The employees at the Lemont Homegoods are very helpful and friendly, which is not the case for some of the other locations, so kudos to the Lemont staff!! The store is very clean and well organized. The reason I didn't give it four stars is really a complaint against all the Homegoods stores now, not this location in particular. I have noticed that all the stores are cramming so much more inventory in the past few years that the shopping experience has become less enjoyable and more confusing. The inability to move your cart through the aisles, crowded sections, and products falling all around you is overwhelming and I spend much less time browsing (and less purchasing) especially on crowded days. Honestly, I love my dog and pets in general, but do we really need 3 + aisles devoted to pet goods? I love Homegoods and have for many years, but I find myself avoiding going there more and more.”

“Bill F and Shay S were very friendly and helpful. They made the experience very comfortable and they were very informative about the furniture we were looking at and purchasing.”

“I always have a great experience at the Ross in Orland Park. The store is well organized, clean, and has a great selection of name-brand items at amazing prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick and easy.. UNLESS it’s packed.. then you wait a bit. But patience is key. It’s one of my favorite places to shop for great deals!”
