Worst store ever, the store director Phil Ireland is a horrible person who treats his staff like he'll and doesn't care about his workers, they just lost a seriously hard worker i knew because of him and caused serious mental health issues to many others .

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is the absolute worst jewel. The deli counter is so poorly managed. I’ve finally learned my lesson. They will almost always give you a hard time about ordering catering, especially if it’s fried chicken. It’s absolutely bizarre. For your own sanity, order elsewhere.

Always very fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.. Stocked daily and their chicken is fantastic! Everyone in the deli department are always so very helpful and friendly. Anytime we can't find anything for some reason ..there is almost always a employee stocking in a nearby isle to ask for some help in finding what we need. Lines can get a little long in the later hours of the day but usually can do a pretty quick shopping trip at this location.

Place was busy. The chicken counter was out of chicken so we had to wait for new batches to be made. People were friendly food was very good.

Cheap chicken monday with an hour long line. Either stop doing cheap chicken monday or get more people to work. Pretty simple.

This jewel Cisco is sow dirty they never have nothing in stock and when u go to the bathrooms there is pee all over the floor I am never coming here ever again that is just disgusting

It can be very pricey, but they run good ads, and the app helps. The store is clean, and produce is usually pretty fresh.

I’ve been shopping at this Jewel once or sometimes twice a week. The workers are nice, however there’s been certain times when certain products I needed that are out of stock.Another issue I have is every time I check out, none of your baggers or some cashiers DO NOT know how to properly bag my groceries! Why would you put liquid soap with chips or meat products together?I brought a steak earlier and I specifically asked the cashier if she can put the steak in it’s own bag. Unfortunately, she put the meat with the 2 liter of coke! I am just beyond irritated and don’t want to be one of those customers who demands to bag my groceries. After today I rather bag my own groceries. I don’t think I am going to shop at this location for awhile. I get the store is under staffed, however I feel people were not properly trained to bag groceries the proper way.

Not much you can do about the prices in the quality of the items seems pretty good and consistent with other competing grocers in the area (Mariano's, Caputo's, berkot's). My only real issue with this location is that I always seem to be stuck behind an employee of the store unpacking or packing from the largest pallet I've ever seen taking up most of the aisle! It's almost as frustrating as when they rearranged their items a few years ago and everyone was absolutely lost :)

The staff is phenomenal. The hotel itself is showing slight signs of being an older location, but it is maintained very well. Very nice rooms for a reasonable price.

My husband and I tried to return two cans of unopened baby formula that we can’t use and were told that Jewel’s policy doesn’t allow the customer service desk to accept baby formula returns and issue refunds to credit cards. This was told to us after the employee originally asked us if we wanted to exchange or return the items. The type of formula was bought by mistake and was never opened. We were told that it can’t be returned because it can’t be put back on the shelf. That doesn’t make any sense since it hasn’t been opened or contaminated in any way. It also doesn’t make sense that the employee asked us if we originally wanted to exchange or return the items. Why would we be allowed to exchange the formula but not just simply return it? Whether it was exchanged or just returned, the formula bought by mistake would be accepted back by Jewel. The policy doesn’t make sense at all! We have been long time Jewel customers and are extremely disappointed in this customer service experience.
