“My family and I had a passport appointment. However, when we arrived there were no passport forms available according to a USPS representative because they are waiting to receive updated passport forms. That created an inconvenience. We went to Office Depot to print the passport form. We were so glad that it was right down the street. When we returned to USPS post office there was a long line so we missed our appointment. However, a USPS representative assisted us and were were able to complete the passport process. We received good customer service despite the issue with the forms.”

I wish I remembered his name, but the person who helped us behind the desk could not have been nicer and friendlier. He was so helpful in getting all our paperwork together.”
