Kyle was able to stitch my $300 pair of red wings on very short notice as I'm working out of state. Thankfully he saved my boot and my pockets especially because this pair of boots happen to be my favorite so far! Thanks alot Kyle! Went to this location after having a bad experience at the Shorewood, IL store. Employee named Reuben was very helpful, friendly, and made it a great experience, I will for sure return to this store going forward, because of the great service.

This store has the best shoe service I have dealt with. My shoes are repaired on time and the manager Brandon is really knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time helping me out.
