“I had such an incredible experience here and just had to share. Last Friday, while trying on clothes in the fitting room, the diamond from my engagement ring fell out without me realizing it. I didn’t notice until I was almost home and immediately panicked. The next day, I returned to the store hoping—though not very confidently—that someone might have found it. To my absolute surprise, the manager, Deedee, had found it while sweeping the fitting rooms. She told me she almost tossed it aside thinking it might be fake, but thankfully decided to tuck it into her pocket instead. Just a few minutes later, I walked in to ask about it.
