Ultra Care Lube Center is a popular choice for quick and friendly car service. Many customers appreciate the fast oil changes, often completed in under 20 minutes, and the courteous staff. The business has been a go-to for many since their first cars. However, some recent reviews indicate concerns about rising prices, with services now costing around $90 compared to previous rates of about $60. There are also mentions of cleanliness in the waiting area needing attention, as it could pose safety risks. While the service is efficient, it is noted to be pricier than competitors like Jiffy Lube. Despite these issues, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of service provided keep customers coming back. Overall, Ultra Care Lube Center is recognized for its quick turnaround and helpfulness, making it a suitable option for those in need of fast automotive care.
When I came in there appeared to be only one guy running the place but he was working double time to get all the cars done. He was able to finish the car ahead of me, give me fresh oil, top off my fluids, make sure my tires were full, and have me out of there in around 20 minutes. Hats off to this place and that employee.
