My experience at new Lenox Verizon was much better than in Joliet. Finally they had a deal for Long term customers that was equivalent to that for new ones. Got a new samsung s24 ultra which has awesome camera.

Have you ever walked into a store already frustrated because their customer service failed on the phone? Isn’t it nice when the store understands your frustration and emphatically helps? Well don’t expect that at this store. Walked in. Two salesmen sitting at back of store. Neither looked interested in helping, much less greeting a customer. And it only got worse when the manager (Vincent) stepped in. With arms folded and annoyed, he was rude and disrespectful. Never entering there again.

Some of the worst customer service we have ever received. unwilling to find a solution and unbelievably rude and disrespectful. one would think a manager would improve service but “Vincent” actually was even worse. maybe that’s who trained the staff.

My recent experience with Verizon's customer service was disappointing. Upon entering the store, there was a lack of greeting at the door, and I had to actively seek out assistance. The overall support provided was subpar, with a representative named Lindsay displaying a condescending and dismissive attitude, acting as a know-it-all.Responses were delayed, and solutions offered lacked a personalized touch. This experience, coupled with the initial lack of acknowledgment upon entering, raises concerns about the overall quality of Verizon's customer service. Improvements in both initial interactions and the professionalism of representatives are essential for a more positive customer experience

I had a wonderful experience today at the Verizon store in New Lenox, IL. An associate named Paul greeted me at the front door and helped me set up my new Apple phone; he also linked my apple watch. He was knowledgeable and very patient. I appreciate the good service that I received.

I walked in and was greeted by two employees. They looked at my phone which was a black screen and reset everything. They explained it was due to a software update. Literally 5 MINUTES to fix! Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Shady practice with promotions, they do not honor what is listed on the verizon website and made me jump through hoops just trying to add a new line. Left the store after almost 90 minutes and got no where. Do not go to this store at all.

Went in to get a new screen protector for a phone I got at the new Lenox store. Very uninterested in helping me. Other then telling me I could order one, thanks captain obvious!! I spend alot of money with Verizon, I thought customer service would be higher then this.

I would give zero stars for these uncivilized scavengers seeking to cause financial harm to people who do not understand the cell phone business . As with the other reviews called customer service to order a upgrade and the rep erased the order and tried to get me to change my business plan from 45.00 to a 90.00 in order to upgrade. Caveat emptor sad state of affairs when you try to cheat for a commission !! Because of the lack of integrity at this store I suggest avoiding it !!! This is by far the most RACIST store ever. They cancelled our order to avoid us getting a phone without upgrading our plans and when we left they high fived each other and we recorded it . So now Instagram and all social media sites will have this as a viral review. Whoever owns this store will need to review their employees as they are thinking they are in the 50's where white is right !! I pray the business fails in sales !!!

UPDATE- filled out Verizon form that was included in the response to my review below and they have not contacted me at all. So, don't let the Verizon response fool you!! Still NO HELP/ RESOLUTION. Go elsewhere!! Absolutely the most rude and condescending manager I have encountered. Zero percent helpful. Save yourself some aggravation and don't shop here. And for your own sanity do NOT go here if you need help like I tried to because he won't help you and will in fact tell you that whatever is wrong is your problem. I went for additional help after using the chat 20+ times and making 5+ calls. I have been a customer with Verizon for almost 20 years and we have 5 phone lines every single time I've upgraded phones it is an absolute nightmare. I've already told my husband our next phones will be with a different carrier because I'm over it.
