“After getting a referral from a neighbor who had his engine replaced by Todd, we decided to try them out. Both experiences we have had so far have been great, this last time especially.I reached out to Todd knowing they were probably pretty busy as most shops are these days and he told me it’d be about two weeks to get my car in to be diagnosed. I appreciated the upfront honesty and communication with the lead time instead of constantly wondering when it was going to get looked at etc like most have to do at other shops. A few days earlier then expected, Todd called with a diagnosis and repair estimate. Todd was very honest with his opinion on to repair it or search for a new car as the transmission had failed.Most shops would have pushed to get it fixed and invest the money into a car that wasn’t worth the repair but he was honest and upfront about it which we appreciated. When I asked how soon the car needed to be picked up by a scrap yard Todd was very understanding and gave me time to make arrangements with no hassle.
