“They were so nice and as a women I am always afraid that when I go into any kind of mechanic or auto body shop that they'll think I don't know what's wrong with my car or that they'll try to sell me something I don't need and they didn't do that at all. He took a look at my car and said he'd take a look in the back. About 10 or so minutes later he comes and tells me what was wrong and how he fixed it.
