Yvonne went above and beyond in locating a lost package for me. Her communication was excellent,(updates every morning). This review is for an individuals effort, not for the Postal Service. I wouldn’t have to leave a review if the network didn’t fail me. Thank goodness it wasn’t my ballot. 😉
