“Yvonne went above and beyond in locating a lost package for me. Her communication was excellent,(updates every morning). This review is for an individuals effort, not for the Postal Service. I wouldn’t have to leave a review if the network didn’t fail me. Thank goodness it wasn’t my ballot. 😉”

“I was looking for a piece of mail that was sent to my old address. So I contacted the Sandwich Post Office.I knew it would be like a needle in a haystack. A couple days later the Postmaster called me to say that they have it. She sent it to me over a holiday and I received it first day of delivery after holiday. I appreciate the United States Postal Service. They always go the extra mile for their customers and even their former customers!”

“Being a small business owner who ships packages frequently. I've been very happy about the level of customer service I've received from the employees at Plano Post Office. Mike, Gayla, and Cassie (sp?) are all around good folks who are always friendly and helpful.”
