“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
“After owning my car for 6 years I finally got around to getting it detailed and it looks every bit as clean as the day I bought it. I called to book and I was able to schedule an appointment a few days out. Communication with Keon was clear and fast. I dropped my car off in the morning and they were able to complete the full detail by 3 o'clock. The value for this service was superb and they even knocked $20 off for paying with cash. Highly recommend Scotty's for all in the area.”

“After 21 years of Chicago parking my 2003 Jaguar was showing a few battle scars. I stopped by Superior Collision and met Dave and Sky. They were terrific. We agreed on a very fair price and in 2 days, my Jag looked like new.
They whipped up their own touch up paint and repaired all the dings and even deep scratches. I think they buffed out the entire car. I got more than I paid for.
This was my second visit to Superior Collision. They are my go to place for body repairs.”
“My car was a mess after a road trip so I booked a full detail with this company. They came to my house with all their equipment and got straight to work. The inside looked brand new by the time they were done. Every corner was vacuumed and wiped down. The exterior was shiny and smooth like it just came off the lot. Even the rims looked great. Only thing was they ran a bit over the estimated time but I didn’t mind cause they took their time. Friendly, professional and clearly take pride in their work. If you want your car looking its best without lifting a finger give these guys a call. I’ll be booking another session before the holidays.”
“Tino always comes through! Heat in car not working. He diagnosed, ordered the parts snd fixed in on a Sunday morning. All at a reasonable cost.
A couple months ago my car was sideswiped. Body shops gave me estimates of 1400 and 800. Tino knew there was no major damage or repair, cleaned the scuff marks and it was looking new.

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. “I wish there werent any eperiences with 1 stars for this place because i had such a great experience that I cant imagine how they could steer anybody the other way- but I guess that makes them truthful and real. As for my experience, I have severe allergies and I didnt realize I could find a detailer who could properly clean my vehicle without the residual strong chemical smell that would also cause me problems. My car was brand new but it got wet in the rain and even the small wet area had a mild odor that was causing my throat to close and so the solution was to clean it but so many other places would clean it but then leave a strong chemical smell which also causes my throat to shut. But at Carrectly, they were able to treat that detail and lift the smell and my car was back to fresh smelling again. This was not just any cleaning as because of how sensitive I was it had to be done right. Normally I am the one over explaning to people how things need to be done to tailor to my health but at Carrectly it was the other way around and they were the ones explaning the ins and outs that I actually learned something new. They knew more about how to keep me healthy when it came to being inside my vehicle than i did. It was such a relief. They even took the vehicle back a second time just to leave no stone unturned. They didnt charge me for me it and didnt argue like how other places would just force more money out of me if I felt it needed a second look. I will be back here as i feel this place is where i finally found a solution. Another place i took my car to in the city charged me 3x and my car just kept smelling like product and made me sicker and sicker that i had to go to ER cause of the strong chemical and mold smell. I got so desperate but then stumbled on reviews for Carrectly and they are literally a life saver and i am so grateful that there are experts in driving distance! They are really nice people too!”
