“Hands-down one of the easiest and most reliable car care experiences I’ve ever had. The team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Pick-up and drop-off service was a game-changer — super convenient and done right on time. My car came back spotless and running perfectly, with clear communication throughout the whole process. Pricing felt fair for the level of quality and professionalism. It’s rare to find this level of trust and efficiency together, but Carrectly Auto Care delivers both. Highly recommend if you want stress-free, top-notch service.”

“Amazing experience getting ceramic coating for my Q8. Jose’s attention to detail and willingness to spend extra time on restoring my paint before the coating, really made the difference. He is a true expert and has impeccable standards and it shows! It looks better than it did when it was new. Highly recommend.”

“I had my car driverside window mechanism repaired by Cermak autocare yesterday. Thanks to a very nice Amir, the job was completed in less than 2 hours. I am super satisfied and will return to this facility for future service. I should mention, the shop waiting area is out of this world, Lego constructs made by Amir's son are phenomenal. Five star all the way.”

“I just had a old pickup truck detailed here. It was absolutely disgusting. They did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I've also been here a ton for a wash. My friends come from as far as the westloop just to get their car washed here. I'm lucky to have them as neighbors so it's nice and easy.”

“I pulled into Drive Green Car Care just a few minutes before closing for a basic interior and exterior car wash. The team still welcomed me with zero hesitation. They worked fast but didn’t cut corners. My car came out looking spotless. Their attention to detail honestly helped me get my car sold the very next day. I really appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and great work ethic. Highly recommend!”

“I brought my vehicle to Chicago Wheel Express to repair four bent wheels. The quality of the actual work was excellent. After picking up the vehicle and driving it, the vibration I had been experiencing was completely gone, so I am very happy with the repair itself. There were some frustrations with communication and pricing. My appointment had previously been changed over the phone but apparently wasn’t entered into the system, which required additional calls. I was also initially told the vehicle would be ready the same day, but that timeline wasn’t met. I also think the fee structure could be more customer-friendly. There is a 3% shop fee for general administrative/service overhead in addition to a separate 3% credit-card convenience fee. I personally think these costs should be clearer upfront, particularly when you’re already paying for the service itself. That said, when the vehicle wasn’t completed when originally promised, I asked if they could provide a discount, and they did. Most importantly, they did what I brought the car there to have done. All four wheels were repaired and the vibration is gone. Despite the communication issues and additional fees, I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual wheel repair and appreciated them working with me on the final price.”

“I had a great experience getting my car repaired here after my car was hit. They did amazing body work, and my car came out looking great. Joel, the manager, was amazing and took care of every concern I had throughout the process. He was professional, helpful, and made sure everything was handled properly. Erika at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming every time I spoke with her. She made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. I really appreciate the time, care, and attention they put into making sure my car looked good again. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work or car repairs. Thank you Joel, once more. Like I said before, you are amazing!”

“Last Friday had my Ford escape washed there Went shopping at Menards right after when I returned to my Nice clean car I noticed it was covered with Bird excrement. I had parked near a light pole that had cable wires connected, looked up and noticed tons of pigeons on the cables. I went back to Riverview car wash and they couldn't have been more helpful. They got in and rewashed it. No Charge. Not my first time there They are Very Professional.”

“SPECTACULAR ?. I took my car in a sad mood because I did not think my car seats, badly stained and smeared with nacho cheese, could be saved anymore. They were in very bad shape and appearance. I NEVER thought they could look decent again. My car needed good cleaning. BUT for only 90 dollars, a great price which included an indoor shine and clean, a full removal of stubborn stains from the car seating, and a full exterior car wash the workers here performed a miracle of a job well-done. I could NOT believe my eyes. The car seats look NEW and cleaner than ever. I am happy. I would give 100 perfect stars if I could.”

“The easiest car repair service I’ve ever used. They communicate everything really well over text and email and phone before you need to take your car in. They explain all the options and the costs ahead of time. Then their complementary pickup and drop off service made it very painless to have my car repaired without me needing to take time from work to drop off and pick up! Especially since they are a good 5 miles from me. Everyone I talked with was very kind and made me feel at ease. They did some paint touch ups to my car which turned out nicely and met my expectations. Their prices were competitive as well. Attaching before and after pictures of the scratches on my car.”

“You can tell this is the kind of business run by someone who is passionate about their work! I don’t know how Francisco did it, I have all the crevice tools and still couldn’t get near to his level of craftsmanship. So, highly recommend the mini detail if you have a family car. Also, we’re grateful that Augustin recommended the buffing service he provides- they completely removed a scrape from the front door to the back of the car and went above and beyond to also buff our headlights. Fees were transparent and well worth the time and results; we’ve taken other cars of ours here before and we will keep coming back!”

“Great body shop! Came in due to a fender bender on my 4runner and Tommy had it ready in a week after parts arrived. Great communication throughout. Worked with my insurance (statefarm). Best of all, paid attention to detail on certain requests I had. Didn’t even have to remind them. Definitely recommend!”

“Showroom floor service, thank you for the hard work and energy that you all put into my automobile and bringing it back to life. Instead of spending my income taxes on a brand new car, I spent a small amount of my paycheck on one of the best car details I ever had. Summer time ready ?”

“⸻ After a recent fender bender, I decided to take my car to a local shop in my neighborhood—and I’m glad I did. Mario truly went above and beyond. From the start, he was completely transparent and let me know they were a bit backed up due to parts delays. Instead of just taking my car and letting it sit for weeks (like many shops do), he suggested scheduling the repair once everything was ready. That alone saved me time, money, and the hassle of being stuck in a rental. Just three days later, he called me back in—he had already ordered all the parts and had everything lined up. The process was smooth from there. When I got my car back, it looked just as good as the day I bought it. Huge thanks to Mario and the team. The communication was top-tier, and they really helped guide me through the entire process. Highly recommend.”

“Top notch service through and through. Not only is Dan an incredible person but he also does incredible work too! His communication is excellent as well. He definitely made our 2021 Explorer look as good as, if not better, than the day we brought it home! What a treat!”

“I can't recommend this place enough for a full car detailing service. I dropped off my 12 year old E class Mercedes last Friday morning, picked it up Friday afternoon, and it looked brand new! The car was spotless and the interior, which is off white colored was immaculate. They cleaned away 12 years of dirt and grime! I felt like they were very fairly priced for all the obvious time and hard work they put into waxing and deep cleaning all the upholstery and carpets. Run, don't walk to Auto Spa Chicago! BTW, I almost never write reviews for places that I use, which is completely my bad, but felt that they need to be recognized for the amazing work, as well as great customer service! Jose is an absolute pleasure to work with and just a great guy!”

“Usually a quick on and out. Sometimes it'll take a few extra minutes if someone in front of you is having their interior cleaned, too. Love that they help hand dry after the machine dryers.”
