I took my car in a sad mood because I did not think my car seats, badly stained and smeared with nacho cheese, could be saved anymore. They were in very bad shape and appearance. I NEVER thought they could look decent again. My car needed good cleaning.
BUT for only 90 dollars, a great price which included an indoor shine and clean, a full removal of stubborn stains from the car seating, and a full exterior car wash the workers here performed a miracle of a job well-done. I could NOT believe my eyes. The car seats look NEW and cleaner than ever. I am happy. I would give 100 perfect stars if I could.”
“My car was a mess after a road trip so I booked a full detail with this company. They came to my house with all their equipment and got straight to work. The inside looked brand new by the time they were done. Every corner was vacuumed and wiped down. The exterior was shiny and smooth like it just came off the lot. Even the rims looked great. Only thing was they ran a bit over the estimated time but I didn’t mind cause they took their time. Friendly, professional and clearly take pride in their work. If you want your car looking its best without lifting a finger give these guys a call. I’ll be booking another session before the holidays.”

“I brought my vehicle to Chicago Wheel Express to repair four bent wheels. The quality of the actual work was excellent. After picking up the vehicle and driving it, the vibration I had been experiencing was completely gone, so I am very happy with the repair itself.
There were some frustrations with communication and pricing. My appointment had previously been changed over the phone but apparently wasn’t entered into the system, which required additional calls. I was also initially told the vehicle would be ready the same day, but that timeline wasn’t met.
I also think the fee structure could be more customer-friendly. There is a 3% shop fee for general administrative/service overhead in addition to a separate 3% credit-card convenience fee. I personally think these costs should be clearer upfront, particularly when you’re already paying for the service itself.
That said, when the vehicle wasn’t completed when originally promised, I asked if they could provide a discount, and they did.
Most importantly, they did what I brought the car there to have done. All four wheels were repaired and the vibration is gone. Despite the communication issues and additional fees, I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual wheel repair and appreciated them working with me on the final price.”

“My wife went in for a minor repair a few months ago and had a solid experience, inexpensive fix for a minor fender issue. So I went in with a bigger issue, a rear quarter panel replacement. The quote provided seems very fair. We may not end up having the work done as the car is quite old and the cost would be a meaningful portion of the cost of a new car, which my wife has been wanting anyway. But the walk through on the pricing and explanation of process was super helpful. We'll certainly get the work done here if we decide to have it done, and if not we'll come back in the future if we need work done.”

“Recently came here to get a quote on a nasty dent in our leased Hyundai. Jose gave us the best price (very reasonable) out of 5 places we tried. No gimmicks, full transparency. When we first dented the car we opted for a cheap fix which ended up being a scam. The guy used bondo and claimed he would buff it after it dried. Jose told us all about these common scammers and he fixed it in less than a week . Even gave us a full detail at a discount for our business. These guys are legit. I have peace of mind knowing i found a reliable bodyshop . We returned that lease with no issues thanks to these guys !”
