He was very personal professional, and they did an outstanding job on my range rover I am a finicky guy that likes the best and as a result of that I’m coming back on the end of the month to let them do a complete paint job to restore my vehicle. If anyone read this post it would be a recommendation for you to come to Maaco auto body shop on 83rd and South Chicago and meet Mr. Jose Ramos the sales manager ……..”

“Gateway Auto & Collision helped me resolve two separate insurance claims (State Farm Claim for a Rear End Accident, Geico Claim for comprehensive front bumper damage) on my BMW 4 Series. This required extensive work from their Team to communicate with multiple insurance companies all while providing good Customer Service to make sure I didn't have to do any extra work. They were great at listening to what I wanted fixed and when I noticed anything out of the usual after the repairs, they were on top of it to make sure the car was repaired perfectly.On top of this, they did an excellent job mounting and balancing a new set of Tires I ordered directly from Tire Rack. He told me his recommendation and immediately gave a quote of $150 for an hour of work, including removing the nest, power washing, and steam cleaning my engine compartment. It took exactly an hour, and I was very happy with the results.I live in an apartment building, so he was able to park in my garage - I did pay for his parking in order to make this work in the very busy, not so parking friendly Streeterville neighborhood. He will come to you wherever you are, and is open to navigating difficult parking situations!”

“I've been coming here for years and have never been dissatisfied. They are often busy and the line will take a while to advance, but it's worth it. For 20 dollars(4 door sedan) you get the hand wash and dry, vacuum, wiping of seats/interior, and they do a pretty good job wiping my cup holders and smaller areas. If you have a ton of small sand/salt/pet hair, it might not get it completely, but will reduce it significantly. I've never been concerned about stealing or damage to my vehicle, as they always place things found under the seat in a cup holder. When you drive in they don't ask what service you want typically, so if you want something other than the standard, ask for it right away while handing over the keys. There's an air conditioning and an ATM inside the waiting room. Once they take your car, it's done in less than 30 minutes.”

For the percentage correction their website mentioned, it definitely looks better than I was hoping. The car glows with the coating. The interior and engine bay came out great as well, really fresh smelling, and everything was nicely packaged for me to put back. Nothing was missing. Pickup was super easy, as was scheduling. Everyone called or texted from the same number, so it was easy to keep track. They also made sure I was home and were able to schedule me in the day before New Year's Eve last minute.
