“A group of us college friends visited Hanuman Mandir in Glenview, and the experience was truly spiritual. The peaceful atmosphere instantly made us feel connected as a family. Attending the Aarti on Tuesday was the highlight — the collective chanting, divine energy, and the warmth from the devotees created a sense of brotherhood and positivity. It’s a blessing to have such a serene place here in Chicago where we can feel so close to Lord Hanuman's presence. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and blessings.”

“Glory to Jesus Christ. I am looking for a sponsor for two men who want to move to the USA, work to get back on their feet and then take their children and wives with them!!! My WhatsApp viber number is +48729401180”
“As a family, we like going to mass here. My kids have been attending the Religious Education program for many years. My youngest has been there since Kindergarten. Yes, they offer R.E. for Kindergarteners. Even after receiving the sacrament of First Communion, they offer continuing R.E. classes up to and including confirmation. Many parishes that I know of only offer the preparation for First Communion and preparation for Confirmation but nothing in between those spiritual and faith formative years.”
“Hello, I am looking for a sponsor for my family, I have a driver's license, I work in construction. We will be grateful for any help. +380980101146 is my viber.”

“Beautiful welcoming church! We felt very cared for and cared about by the pastors and everyone we met. Thank you for welcoming us and being such a peaceful atmosphere for us to visit esp while facing some hard situations within in our larger family.”
“Father James and Father Nick and many others are so inspirational around the Catholic faith. The church property and inside the church are so beautiful and it feels like a second home. Thank you St. Paul of the Cross Church for all that you do for me, my family and the community as a whole.”
“Had an amazing experience at Unity Temple today! I ended up being the only one on the guided tour, and even though my English listening and speaking skills aren’t the best, I really appreciated the guide’s patience. They slowed down their speech and frequently explained terms to make sure I understood.
The first half of the tour focused a lot on the design concepts and the details of the building’s restorations over the years. In the second half, the guide delved into Wright’s thoughts on the social role of the church and how these ideas were reflected in the design. One thing that really stuck with me was the idea that a church isn’t just a place for worship, but also a space for serving the community. Wright emphasized the importance of gathering spaces, designing large areas for events, even including a big kitchen so people could come together, share meals, and connect. I found it incredibly moving.”
“This is a church for the hurting. God loves you so much! The church is welcoming and everyone is very nice. No one is judging anyone there. They welcome everyone with open arms!! I highly recommend for everyone to come and join us!! Blessings to you and your family!!!”

“I love this church from my college years, under the leadership of Dr Hycel B Taylor. And the light sign that I remember from the '70s still things in the main sanctuary today -- GOD IS HERE!
In 2024 It remains a great place to worship on Sunday mornings when in Evanston. Thank you for the ancestors that found it and continued second Baptist Church of Evanston.”

“Jane is the best! A beautiful and well maintained building. The large stain glass and pipe organ music help to create an intimate sanctuary space that lends so much to a contemplative experience.”
“Great friendly people. Interesting Dharma discussions that range from very beginner to very advanced. Nice group to meditate with for 45+ minutes. They run excellent workshops.”
“My synagogue, I think. Just across the street, not more than 150 feet, but lately it seems much further than it was. Our Rabbi, well my Rabbi, was ... what? Forced to leave? Disappeared? I really valued having a leader that really thought about issues, even when his ideas were different than mine, especially when they were different. How else do we learn, grow, evolve.
I miss him.”

“We love this church! We were there for a friend's baby baptism . It is Romanian, and quite a bit of the service is another language, however, they provide translators that you can put in your ear and hear it in English if need be. It's such a biblically based church and so spiritual. It is a long service, however, so be ready for it. If we lived in the area, we would consider attending that church because of the spirituality of the pastors. Beautiful sanctuary as well!”
