If you don't mind getting your rim scratched go ahead and get your tire installed here. Just went for a tire installation. Out of 4 tires all of them are scratched and 2 paint were scratched off.

Indifferent at best. Occasionally rude and intolerant. They seem like the customers are an interruption and a bother.The woman at the sales counter needs another job.Costco really needs a refresh on this part of their business.And BTW, their prices are not always the lowest.

Terrible customer service. Everyone moves very slow. No organization of where you should go. When done, they left our car window open and parked next to a cart on a windy day. Just terrible. Won’t be doing this again. ? ?️?

Never replies to phone call. Puts you on hold.You have to spent your time, go there to solve small issue. *** time consumers.

I wish I could give this place zero stars even 1 star is way too much for them .Please stay away from this place , go to a different location even if you have to drive more . the workers here are the worst worst ever , a nightmare , besides the fact that they have no knowledge on what they are doing (they broke the bolt holding the tire on my car ) they are liars (they tried to hide that from me and than encouragement to drive without it ,as it’s no problem at alll) they have no manners calling gentlemen “boss” and ladies “sweetheart and honey “ ?So long story short appointment done for 10am to change one flat tire done by 4pm but constantly assured that will be done in the next 15-20 minutes

Came in to replace tires that were ordered through the website. A great service representative by the name of Jack went above and beyond just happened to help me. Told me it would take a certain amount of time but finished at half the time he quoted. Recommend me of all the maintenance intervals and took care of my vehicle. I would like to say thank you to him and if there’s anything I can do to help promote the man I’m available. Thank you Jack!

every time i schedule a rotation they always tell me my lug nuts need to be replaced and they can not insure they will be safe enough if costco are the only ones who work on my tires so every visit i have to pay extra for new lug nuts and that's not a including the ones they break

I went Costco for the flat tire of my car with my 4 years old daughter. Drove 1 hour to get there. I called them already in the morning to come later in the day. When I arrived there , the guy in the front desk told me that nothing they can do. It would be bad experience if they sent me like that. Very frustrating. Because exhausting from work and with my kid looking for some mechanic shop that time would be daunting. However, there was a guy from the center (I didn’t ask his name) saw me and told that he will patch the tire. He fixed the problem in couple minutes. I can’t tell how much I appreciate his help that time. I really want to thank you ?? . Also another thanks to another guy at the front desk. He was very nice and helpful (his name is Chin??? I guess) .he gave me some tips about how to get new tires for my car. Good people makes the life bearable and beautiful ??
