Good luck calling them and scheduling an appointment when you have an ordered for one tire and you are unable to use their automated appointment portal to schedule. They never pick up their phone, and the store manger understaffs the group. Probably the worst Costco in the Chicagoland area.

Terrific group of people who took my car on time and provided prompt warranty service on my leaking tire. Will always get my tires from Costco!!
