“We worked with Praveen for buying our 2nd home and also selling our first. One thing we can say with certainty is that HE MEANS BUSINESS! If you have noticed the housing market in the last few years, it has been CUT-THROAT and Praveen was just the person to make things happen! We had been in the market for the past 3 years for our "forever home" and while we are well-qualified buyers, our offers never seemed to entice the sellers for whatever reason. We contacted Praveen after a friend recommended him to us. From Day one, though inventory was discouragingly low, he sent us listings we had not seen/considered before and kept the momentum going. Eventually, we gave an offer on a home and Praveen added his "magic touch" to make it our own. He is persistent and will engage the seller's team from the start to make our offer standout----EXACTLY what is needed in today's market!
As for the selling process, he knew precisely what was needed to get top dollar. He knows what buyers want and current trends and he made recommendations on what to renovate which brought in surplus of viewings.
We had so many bookings (getting us multiple offers!) back-to-back that we did not even need an open house! We became contingent on a great offer in just 48 hours thanks to Praveen's great marketing!

In order for this to be a genuine review, I will add a few things to consider. As this was our second home, we were familiar with the buying process. I cannot speak to how Praveen will be with a first-time home buyer who would need a little more direction and guidance. I assume he/his team would still be great, but I cannot attest this. There were also a seldom few times, when Praveen would not be available for a showing, but he would arrange for a team member to accompany you. Everyone is knowledgeable so not a major concern. Praveen is however readily available via phone/text even at odd hours! :)

Tom, the Broker, is very responsive and a great negotiator, I had a on-time closing, and he give me a nice discount at the closing. They not a major franchise name so the cost is much lower.
