Shure is a company that maintains outstanding customer support which consistently stands behind their products. Each time I use their customer support they impress me again. This day and age to find such great equipment backed up with just as good customer support seems more than one can ask for!

The headphones are the the roof. I was always in awe of my friends headphones (that works for Shure actually...hi Carla!!!) and I thought she was just bias but low and behold I’m on my second pair and I can never buy anything else. Sure they are expensive but they are the best!!!!
