“I had a great experience at Costco Tire Center in Niles, Il today.
My valve stem in tire literally came off as I was putting in nitrogen air at the self service station.
Adam was very accommodating and friendly and took care of me. He was pleasant and worked to make sure we were on the road safely, and assured us he would help get us back on the road within an hour.
Miguel did the work to repair and replace the valve stem. He was thorough and explained everything to me on how much psi is needed in tires.
Alex was very friendly and made me and my mom comfortable in the waiting area.
All in all, the guys were very helpful. I would definitely give this place a chance. Thanks!!!”

“Highly recommend!! Had a tire blow out on a Saturday night, and wanted fixed the next day. Easy to book an appointment online, had the car towed to Mavis that night, and within an hour of the store opening on Sunday was driving away. I will be using them for all future tire needs.”
