Helena at the Nile’s on Dempster location was wonderful. She welcomed me over from across the room. She helped me with a problem I was having and took the time to solve it. This branch has a habit of not having the ATM stocked with cash when its closed. For the dozenth time I go to get cash out of the ATM...Im only allowed to withdraw $40.
