I waited in-store for 30 minutes to order pizza, but the kid was too busy on his phone, so I walked out.

People don't understand how to make a pizza or read directions. I have spent so much money on pizza. Just picked up my order and it wasn't cut right so I spoke with the manager and he flat out said they didn't read the order and then asked me if I really needed my pizza cut the way I wanted it and was super rude

Whatever you do don't complain about under cooked chicken, or a messed up order. They become rude, and accuse you of wanting free food. ( I don't want anything free just want i ordered prepared right!) You will get black balled. I guess you are just supposed to be happy with messed up orders and raw chicken.
