“I went in for some larger plywood and needed it cut down to size. The employee supposed to be working lumber was nowhere to be found for at least an hour. Joe (who said he was a new transfer) went out of his way to help everyone I saw him cross paths with; myself included. Joe and Martin seemed like they were running that half of the store. Thanks guys!”

“I called about a part for my air conditioner. They said they could have it the same day for a small shipping cost. They called me back in a few hours and they had the part. I picked it up, paid a reasonable price and was on my way. It just sounds like a regular experience but these days when so many businesses are totally incompetent, having a no stress interaction was refreshing. I will go back again if I need another part.”
