“Really great staff, friendly, knowledgeable. Fairly priced, fairly dealt. Store is clean, aside from when it's packed. People need to sell them more of their old Sega junk so I can buy it, but there's only so much the store can do to encourage that.”

The staff at mobile audio was able to get the installation, repeating calibrations, and removal taken care of AND answered any questions I had along the way. Even when I couldn’t get the answer from Intoxolock or the ILSOS. Would recommend them for this service to anyone going through this situation.”

“I always have a good experience in this store. Even without an appointment there’s usually no longer than a 15-20 minute wait. You could spend all day trying to get help on the phone. Go to the store instead with any problem you are having, they will make things right! Very knowledgeable & patient employees.”
“Lost a great customer. Didn't follow up when said they would and even though the new stuff was in store they couldn't take 30 mins to deliver it for company coming due to my having surgery so they lost our business and having the Love seat recliner picked up. I'm sure they could have worked something out had they wanted to keep a good customer. UPDATE: thank you to the manager Emma Bowles!! She contacted me and got everything arranged and already delivered, she's a wonderful manager and I really appreciate everything she did for us!!”

Just wanted to give him a shout out for being super upbeat and kind! Tried to call and talk to local store manager but AI kicked me to a customer support that definitely was not local. She wasnt able to connect me to local store ,but I wanted to make sure Ryley was recognized. Thank you! AI sucks. Real people are the way to go!”
