Great Location, spacial parking, close to Wonderful Amenities. But…y’all should get a hot tub ?. Fantastic service but bar price were just a touch high . Overall fantastic experience, will definitely return.

Very poor experience hotel is empty. As in 15 cars in the parking. Then the put me in the last room in the 4th floor in a wheelchair room. The bathroom not a shelf or surface to put anything so I had to put all my toiletries in the dresser and go out to get them as I shaved, brush my teeth. Towels, outside the bedroom. I asked when I checked out, why will I be assigned that room. No reason. Well all rooms are the same. Not staying here again. There are other better options around that are even cheaper

Nice hotel that has been updated to the newer Holiday look. Real narrow entrance into the room with a tiny closet that has no independent door. Only if the bathroom door is open is the closet covered. No shampoo in the restroom either. Surely an oversight by the cleaning staff, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

There is plenty of parking easy and quick to get on and off the interstate.Our receptionist was friendly and kind of funny.There is a bar / restaurant in the hotelThe service was fast and our food was good.Kennedi was on the ball.Great service.Rooms: Rooms are nice, the door and hallway are kind of narrow.

Sue was very helpful during my stay. The night Operator was especially gracious and helpful to our group. She made our stay very nice.Rooms: The rooms were a bit small but very comfortable.

My wife and I got married here and it was amazing! They held the ceremony and reception and just completely blew us away with the decorations and coordinating. The wedding coordinator, Jamie, was amazing! Very easy to talk to, understanding, and she went out of her way to make sure we had the best day! My wife and I had many people come up to us stating it was one of the best weddings they have been too and we can say we had our dream wedding at an affordable price!

We stayed here for a conference. We arrived at 2am and were greeted by a friendly staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was top notch the entire time, especially Sue at the front desk.The rooms were very very clean and beds were very comfortable.Our price was very reasonable.We will plan to stay here again when returning.Thanks again!

Location was perfect it’s pretty much near everything! The breakfast I was expecting to be a little better , I think it was probably more so a house budget thing would have loved to see bacon instead of the cheap sausage and or just biscuits and gravy with eggs and potatoes … rooms were very clean though!Rooms: Super clean , we were surprised there was a little extra furniture like a chaise lounge so we had all we needed there’s a fridge and microwave in the room that was for sureeee a plus and a nice sized desk!Safety: Felt completely safe , there’s night security and the staff were friendly!Walkability: It’s near almost everything if you wanted to take a walk, you must definitely could and it’s in a good area !

Service was great. You have to pass several shabby hotels in a weird roundabout next to an apartment complex to find the hotel. The doors are a bit narrow for someone like me with a rolling tool box. Also, my room needed some trim redone where the spackle has fallen off. Overall, my favorite hotel in the area.Walkability: Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.Food & drinks: The food and drinks in the lounge/bar area are great.

Finally, Finally,Finally. Finally, I have found THE Best Holiday Inn,NOT Holiday Inn Suites, &Express.I travel HEAVLY for work throughout the year and have been to many HolidayInns.Here is a list of issues that I have run into that MAKES this one stand out above the rest.1. friendly staff2. The lobby is clean and didn't smell (see pic)3. The elevator has had a yearly inspection (see picture)4. The elevator has a smooth ride and doesn't smell,actually clean.5. The hall carpet is clean and has working lights. ( see pic)6. Rooms are small and cozy,smelled fresh but CLEAN. ( see picture)7. Bathrooms actually have working light fixtures and HOT water.8. Vanity mirror for shaving ! Good looking out for the men !9. The Bathroomsfixtures that are not falling off the sink or shower head.10. King bed is very comfortable.11. The toilet is not running throughout the night.12. Soft touch doors that don't slam( I love it )!13. Updated key pad for rooms.I could go on and on, but Holiday Inn here in Bloomington / Normal WINS HANDS DOWN, in the State of Illinois, Iowa, Michigan and Minnesota!Please keep up the good work, and I shall return when work calls !THANK YOU !Noteworthy details: Well taken care of Property!!!

This is my go-to hotel any time I'm in BloNo. Friendly staff, clean facility and a surprisingly good restaurant on-site. My only gripe is the bathrooms don't have a space to set toiletries. Some updated faucets and shower heads would be a nice addition, but overall I really think it's a good hotel.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable beds and provided a great nights sleep. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was with the bathroom. I disliked the sliding door on the bathroom. It did not close completely and there was a gap between the door and the wall. There was only one hook in the bathroom and that was about 3 to 4 inches from the shower. Any clothes hung on the hook would become wet when using the shower. The sink was small and there was very little space to put toiletries. I don’t know if I would stay at the hotel again because of the inconveniences in the bathroom.

Kennedi, Connor, and Justin were EXCELLENT bartenders! We were a bit of a high maintenance group and they handled us perfectly. Ben gave us an amazing dinner and they all really exceeded our expectations. If you are local, just pop in and give them a try. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
