“This is a very large hotel for the area.when we arrived there was plenty of room to park and even some options for larger vehicles. Check in was super fast, friendly and efficient. There is a gigantic lobby that you could fit a hot air balloon in! With the outside showing a bit of age, the appearance and cleanliness of the inside was very impressive. The room smelled fresh and clean and was well stocked along with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee. The rooms aren't large but the cleanliness made it very comfortable. We had a few issues but the staff in the morning was very hospitable and took care of them to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Staying here while my boyfriend is building solar fields, we’re from Tennessee but the place is clean, quiet, close to area restaurants and shopping areas! Has free laundry, grilling area, workout room! Just wish there were a pool!! Hot up here during the summer! But employees are very nice and will help with anything! They also have an area where you can purchase snacks and things and a lending locker for extra cooking supplies, books, games, etc. Overall we love it here!!”

I with my daughter stayed the one night. Great room. Very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The front desk was very helpful when checking in and checking out! Parking is free. It is a parking garage down the street. Very nice hotel.”

“This Courtyard by Marriott is a great choice if you’re visiting someone at ISU. The location is perfect, close to campus, convenient, and easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and I recommend booking one with a balcony. It’s a nice touch that lets in a refreshing breeze and gives the room an open, airy feel.
While the property may be slightly dated, it’s extremely well maintained and spotless throughout. The staff truly make the experience stand out they’re friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food was also very good, and the indoor pool was a pleasant surprise with comfortably warm water.
Overall, this hotel is a great value for the price. Whether you’re in town for a short visit or an ISU event, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.”

“The manager on duty, Jen was fantastic. Ended up with ants in our room, I called down and let Jen know. Jen immediately apologized and asked if I wanted to change rooms and I said yes, was told she needed to see what rooms were ready. 10 minutes later, a knock on my door and Jen was there with new room keys and a luggage cart so we can transport my family belongings. Loved the way she handled this situation!”
