“I am very sorry for the late review but I have to share my experience in June with an worker named MYA! I hope she sees this review! I hadn't been in this store for years because we lived somewhere else for 5 years but I needed sandals for my class reunion and hubby needed sneakers. The young lady named Mya was so kind, helpful and personable! Mya was attentive and helped me find a pair of sandals, which is no easy feat since I have wide feet. In between helping me, she would go help other workers or check people out at the register. It is so refreshing to see someone so young who is so hardworking and kind! Keep shining Mya! You are going places! :)”

“I am hoping this store can help me, as they are always very helpful with returns. I purchased 5 clothing items on 3/8/20 in the store. They had to close on 3/18/20 due to COVID. I had also purchased 4 items on-line on 4/12/20 that I typically return to the store, but could not. I sent 9 items to the Greencastle, IN location and confirmed receipt on 4/28/20. I have had correspondence each month from the Loft Mastercard that they are working on the dispute. I'm not getting anywhere on getting my refund of $235.19 for these items and not it's been nearly 6 months since I returned them. I love the Loft clothing and I would really like to get my refund to shop again. Can you help me?”
