I have lived at the Parks for the last 2 years and it has been a great experience. The management is very responsive to maintenance requests and general questions. I can call anyone in the office and they always know how to help. If you are looking for nice, quality, student housing, the Parks is the best place in Bloomington-Normal.

I have lived here for the past year and I’ve truly enjoyed my experience. Brand new furniture, fully furnished and the staff is so personable. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved quickly and in a professional manner. Sue and Terry do a great job and I’m looking forward to another year here!

Terry and his team made my sons' 2 years living at The Park a pleasant one. He is a very responsive owner and my wife and I are very appreciative of his team as well . I recommend living at The Park for your student, it is clean and safe.
