Almost totally out of 2x shirts though but tons of small and medium.. maybe need to order more bigger sizes next year! But wife got some great items!”

Service can be very helpful if you ask for help. They won't run you over if you just want to shop on your own.

“I went into the store today looking for a wedding guest dress. I tried on a few dresses and really liked everything I tried on (which was a huge surprise because I've been looking at a ton of stores in the area and had yet to find a single thing I liked anywhere else!) I'm no expert, but their clothes seemed to be of good quality (no cheap materials or fast fashion).
The service was also really excellent! The salesperson I spoke to was such a big help while I was trying on the dresses, and was able to comment on which dresses were more appropriate for the event, what colors suited me, and how well they fit. She seemed very knowledgeable and had a good eye for what did and didn't work. I ended up walking out with a dress I'm really happy with and can't wait to wear. Will definitely be coming back again!”

I appreciate shops who sell used clothing. Excellent combination of some vintage but also newer used pieces.”
“Love shopping here! As a plus sized woman (with plus sized family members), we're all able to find items that fit us, even if we need to order it online! In the past, because of my chest size, I was limited to boring and unsupportive options. However, Soma actually carries items I absolutely love!! Staff was very kind and helpful, was able to exchange items for a different size (even offered free shipping if it wasn't in stock). Products can be a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it because they've lasted me a years, carry my size, their bras feel secure and supportive, and their actually make me feel confident in myself ❤
I did see some reviews about not being able to find staff, but if I needed an employee I could easily go to the register and they were happy to assist me. I appreciate when I dont feel I'm being loomed over, especially when shopping for undergarments which can feel a little... awkward ?

“I love the store! They have so many good items! Despite this the website is not that useful. I honestly wish they would create a website easier to navigate and which is more similar to Walmart or Amazon online shopping. Other than that Ross is great! They have cheap prices and good selection!”
