I went in to return old equipment and update my services. I was impressed by how quickly I was taken care of and walked out with everything I was hoping for. I suggest going right when it opens to avoid a crowd.

Went back a few weeks later and still had major issues but staff was super friendly. They didn’t complete their follow up with me like they said they would though.
Would never recommend. The guy that “greets” you is dressed like a slob. Untucked purple shirt and jeans. He invades personal space and makes you feel uncomfortable. 3-4 other guys there just standing around and gossiping. I will never go back to that store and I wouldn’t recommend it either.

Trevor L. working at the Bloomington location just made my experience a 10/10. I was in and out in about 4 minutes with new hardware--couldn't have asked for a better customer experience!

Absolutely horrible,I have been lied to several times,I should have left along time ago,I was paying 43 a month for basic Internet and now they want to charge me 83 a month,I am definitely taking my business elsewhere,pretty sad when they don't even want to take care of loyal customers!

I do not have service with Comcast or any other cable provider. I was looking at Comcast as a possible service provider but after seeing the massive amount of horrible reviews, I do believe I will be going the satellite route! Thank you all for saving me the nightmares you all encountered.

If you have to conduct business with Xfinity, do NOT call customer service. Instead, go to the Xfinity store. You will save yourself time, work with people who you can clearly understand and who know what they are doing. The person who helped me at the store was Anthony, and I would gladly ask for him the next time I have to go to the Xfinity store!

I have never had such horrible experience until I became an Xfinity customer. It’s been a year almost since they put our Internet in and the cable was supposed to be buried six weeks after they installed it. It never got buried so our property management just accidentally cut the fiber off the cable Mowing the lawn almost a year after. So now I have to survive with no Internet on my birthday weekend, which is also a holiday weekend because someone couldn’t do their job and bury a cable

This store has caused me nothing but issues and I literally only went in to cancel service and drop off equipment. I went in, the guy spent the entire time talking to his coworker who was apparently off the clock, didn't mention that I was only a few days away from avoiding a $130 early cancellation fee, and now xfinity is trying to say I also didn't fully cancel my service or return the equipment.
I was in this store for all of 15 minutes and was barely even spoken to, should have known it was too easy. I was going to let it slide and just not say anything, but now I'm multiple conversations deep into customer service convos being told the $130 is being taken care of just to find out that it actually isn't, all because the guy at the store couldn't talk with a customer over his coworker.

People inside were nice, this is more of a review for the company and not for this specific location. I have been screwed over at every turn with Xfinity. I signed up with the cheapest option at $40 per month, then randomly my bill increased to over $100 and they said that the $40 option was a limited deal they had. (Not told that at sign up) eventually I settled on a $60 per month deal. A couple months later I went to cancel and I called to ensure that I would not be charged at the next billing cycle. They said that was not a problem. I was still charged the day the bill was due and I was then told I would be getting a refund and that it should be processed within 24 hours. That was a week ago and I still have not received anything. I contacted them yesterday again to try to get my money back, I explained what happened and they were like here’s what we are going to do and then boom, transferred. Second guy, same thing, explained and then told here’s what we’re gonna do, boom transferred. Same exact thing with the third guy. I went in person to try to get my money back and I was told it was only half that because of the billing cycle???? And that it would take 3-5 business days for me to get the refund?? If you are looking for Internet, do NOT go with Xfinity, nothing but problems!
