“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
“First time here! The staff was very friendly, the wash was quick and thorough, and my car came out spotless. The best part is Dog Wednesdays — they give $3 off if you bring your dog, which is such a fun and thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be coming back on a Wednesday with my pup. Highly recommend!”

I called to book and I was able to schedule an appointment a few days out. Communication with Keon was clear and fast. I dropped my car off in the morning and they were able to complete the full detail by 3 o'clock. The value for this service was superb and they even knocked $20 off for paying with cash. “A solid drive through car wash with the strongest vacuums I've ever used at a car wash! Major props for the best vacuums. They also offer window cleaner and clean towels, which is a nice touch. The minimum wash purchase (unless you have a monthly subscription), is $10 which is considered an "express" wash. The signage says there's a monthly program option that is $17 a month. I found it to be very good value for the money and having attendants at the computer kiosk to answer questions is a welcomed touch.”
“Nick went above and beyond to help me at the car wash today when I realized I couldn't go through with my bike rack, he pulled out some tools and helped me remove it in the almost 90 degree heat! I had my kids in the car and I was so grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help me when he saw me struggling to remove it myself. I was so impressed with his can-do attitude and his willingness to jump in and help. Amazing customer service and an amazing young man! We will be back and will be buying a membership now!”

“Price is $2.50 for self wash, $1.50 for self vacuum. $2.50 gives you 5 and a half minutes of wash time. I paid $5 for my car because 5 minutes is not enough to wash a car completely.
You get in line and wash your own car. Coins or credit card works. They also have coin change machines if you don't have quarters.”

“Last Friday had my Ford escape washed there Went shopping at Menards right after when I returned to my Nice clean car I noticed it was covered with Bird excrement. I had parked near a light pole that had cable wires connected, looked up and noticed tons of pigeons on the cables. I went back to Riverview car wash and they couldn't have been more helpful. They got in and rewashed it. No Charge. Not my first time there They are Very Professional.”

Jovanni(not sure if spelt right) the manager - man of few words it seem but when I ask for little things I’d like done when having my car cleaned was very receptive of my ask…..I appreciate you Jovanni, I say this because I can go somewhere cheaper but I’ll pay as long as I’m satisfied & service is good.
They are fast, always seem well staffed to keep the lines moving & your car is CLEAN.

Just a great personality and honesty to him. Took my vehicle in and checked it out. Find out my front driver tire lugs were loose. The mechanics tighten the lugs and I was on my way. Just great service!! I definitely will be back.”

“After reading the reviews I was kind of confused, after using this car wash it is exactly what you would expect from a self-service spray car wash. The foam worked the sprayers worked they actually were stronger than any other one I've used. There were no people lingering around insisting on drying my car so that was another thing that I read in many reviews that I did not Witness.”
