7010 West Forest Preserve Dr Norridge Commons, Norridge IL 60706
“I was at the store on Monday, 8/10. At checkout, I was greeted by Timothy and Jack, both so pleasant. Upon returning to my car, I realized I did not have my keys. I returned to the store about four times, trying to retrace my steps. I wanted to cry like a baby!! Long story short, Timothy offered to help me search, and I’m not kidding...the first place he looked, HE FOUND MY KEYS!! I was (and am!) so happy. It had been a crazy several days leading up to that moment. Thank you, Michaels, for hiring great staff, and thank you, Timothy, for being so thoughtful and kind.”
